Today's economy requires workers who can transfer skills from one work setting to another and who have the kinds of personal qualities that make organizations successful. In this workshop you will learn to identify, demonstrate and package, with confidence, your skills and personal qualities in ways that will be meaningful to employers. You will also learn oral communication skills, and practice delivering a 60 Second Commercial--a brief, high impact presentation to potential employers.
Self-knowledge is one half of a job match. Learning "who you are" can affect how you plan, control, and shape your life. Participate in this interactive workshop to gain new and exciting information about yourself.
Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. No seating is allowed 5 minutes after the beginning of the workshop.
When you arrive, go to the Front Desk and ask for a class ticket. When the last ticket is gone, the workshop is full. You cannot call ahead to reserve a ticket. It’s recommended that you arrive an hour before the workshop begins. The facilitator will collect your ticket during the workshop.
