An important part of any job search is to understand the employer’s point of view. In this workshop you'll learn how agencies use different application process steps and how to be better prepared to meet their expectations. The workshop explores how to organize and communicate your professional strengths in a way that stands out from the crowd. You'll leave the workshop understanding how to create an Application Guide and why it could be a good idea. Specific tips for applying to state agencies will be provided.
